Vintage Hats and Accessories use Australia Post for all Australia deliveries.
Deliveries are from 2 to 7 business days from receipt of payments. Insurance is an added cost, please email us if necessary.
Should you require an earlier delivery for a special event, please indicate and we shall try our best but bear in mind that an extra cost will incur. Express Post is a next business day delivery for all major centres in Australia. Two days should be allowed for outside major centres.
The estimated delivery timeframe is between 10 to 14 working days and shipped with Registered International Standard Air Mail.

Please note international import custom duties will be your responsibility when these orders enter your country.
Vintage Hats and Accessories will email you the tracking number of your delivery, enabling you to the stages of the process to delivery.
If we have a question about your order, we will contact you by email or telephone. Alternatively, please email us should you have any questions of your order.
If you decide to refuse any shipment from Vintage Hats and Accessories, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties/taxes customs charges incurred on the package (both original and return shipments) and cost of return to Vintage Hats & Accessories.
Vintage Hats and Accessories are not responsible for any lost packages and recommend insurance of the parcel.
We suggest factoring in possible holiday backlogs in deliveries as we have no responsibilities for carrier delays.
Vintage Hats and Accessories will refund your shipping charges of the wrong item and send the correct original order free. Before sending out your return, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org (CONFIRM THIS IS THE RIGHT EMAIL). The merchandise must be packaged as delivered with the original order, enclosed parcel documentation and postmarked within 2 days of delivery.
Many of the items are authentic Vintage, so imperfections will exist. Condition status is outlined in product description. More details, including photographs, are available by email to clarify any further condition and size questions you have.
Please note there is no returns on Sale Items.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned merchandise. Depending on your bank, refunds may take several days to appear on your statement. We will refund the credit card or bank account used for the original transaction of merchandise’s purchase price, excluding the shipping cost.
